okies.. my mum wake me up like 630 in the morning juz to go to the gym ... yesh..

I WENT TO THE NEW GYM!!!!

it was reallie nice n cool..

mum tot me how to use the machin.. the bez was still the treadmill.. lol

had a good laugh at my bro.

surprisingly.. there are sum ppl in the gym hu use the machines wrongly..

i tried my bez not to laugh.. at least not in front of them..lol

but seriously..
its juz weird.. not to mention funni

i made frens wif this particualr 41 years old laydee.. she rawk! she could do a perfect split... it was really elegant..

she told me to join her n tot me how to do such a nice spilt

everydae wen u waake up go to the nearest wall n force ur legs to spilt.. since i m still in my teens... she aes its still possible...( OVER THE MOON)

she's reallie nice...~woot~

she also encourages me to learn yoga coz its realli good in stretchin..
